Age Limit: Candidates age should be in between 18-45 years as on 30-11-2016.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS with PG Degree in Pediatrics recognized by MCI , be registered with HP State Medical Council for S.No-1, MBBS Degree recognized by MCI, be registered with the HP State Medical Council for S.No-2, BDS from any Unviversity recognized by the Denal Council of India for S.No-3, Bachelor Deree in Physiotherapy from any recognized University in India for S.No-4, Bachelor Degree in speech and language pathology from any recognized University in India for S.No-5 Posts. Application Fee: Applicants required to pay Rs.200/- for UR & Rs.100/- for reserved Candidates in the form of Demand Draft in the favour of Mision Director, National Health Mission payable at Kasumpti, Shimla -9.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application in trhe prescribed format along with self attested copies of all relevant certificates as mentioned in the notification, experience, age & in an envelope should be superscribed as “Application for the post of ________________” (With Post Code) to Mission Director, National Health Mission, SDA Complex Kasumpti, Shimla 171009, Himachal Pradesh on or before 14-12-2016 upto 04.00 PM.
