Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MCA or BE/ B.Tech Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science Engineering from a recognized university for S.No-01, 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized board of School Education for S.No-02 & 03, XII with Science or any other examination equivalent to XII with Science or Matric with Science with 2 years experience in a Science Laboratory for S.No-04, 10+2 with certificate/ Diploma in Library Science for S.No-05, Matriculation examination or its equivalent from the board/ recognized by the HP/ Centre Government and Diploma from Food Craft Institute or equivalent for S.No-06. Selection Process: Selection will be based on personal interview as per merit of skill test.

Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay of Rs. 600/- for general category candidates, Rs. 300/- for SC, ST, OBC, BPL-Antodya and wards of freedom fighter of HP in the shape of crossed bank draft, drawn in any nationalized bank, of the amount as specified in the advertisement in favour of Finance Officer, Himachal Pradesh University, payable at Shimla & No application fee for Ex-servicemen of HP/ Blind of HP/ Visually Impaired of HP candidates. The bank draft should be drawn only on or after the date of issue of the advertisement.
