AIPMT 2016 Application Form

AIPMT 2016 Application Form - Candidates can now fill the application form of AIPMT 2016 in online mode, available from December 15, 2015. The AIPMT Application Form 2016 can be filled on or before January 12 without late fee and with late fee till February 10, 2016. The application form has been released by CBSE for candidates who wish to pursue undergraduate MBBS/BDS programmes under 15% All India Quota Seats. To apply online for AIPMT 2016, candidates have to visit at official website where candidates can fill AIPMT 2016 Application Form by click on the provided link. On clicking candidates be directed to the Instructions and procedures for online application form page. After reading all the instructions, click on 'Proceed to apply online' tab and candidates will be taken to AIPMT 2016 New Registration page.

Step 1 - Download AIPMT 2016 Information Brochure and read it to ensure eligibility criteria

As per the AIPMT 2016 Eligibility Criteria, candidates will be at least 17 years old as on December 31, 2016 while the age limit is 25 years for general and 30 years for SC / ST / OBC category candidates. Candidates must be appearing or have passed class 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Bio-technology (PCB) subjects.

Step 2 - Fill the Online AIPMT 2016 Application Form and generate registration number

In AIPMT 2016 Registration form candidates have to fill the requisite information as asked. Candidates have to fill their name, category, place of residence, contact details, corresponding address, etc.  Students from AP, J&K and Telangana are not eligible for 15% All India Quota. Students from AP, J&K and Telangana who are domicile of other states are required to submit self-declaration for 15% All India Quota seats. Student from AP, J & K and Telangana are required to submit Self Declaration The submitted self-declaration cannot be edited further, once submitted. Candidate’s rank in the merit list for seats under the control of participating States will be generated on the basis of the State Code of Eligibility filled in by the Candidates in the application form
At this stage candidates have also to furnish their academic qualification at the designated space provided like Name of the School / College from where they passed class 10 & 12, marks scored, year of passing, etc.

Review filled AIPMT 2016 Application Form:

Candidates have to review their filled their application form. If you would like to change any information entered, you may do so by pressing ‘Back’ button or press ‘Final Submit’ button for final submission. You will now be asked to review your page. If you would like to change any information entered, you may do so by pressing ‘Back’ button or press ‘Final Submit’ button for final submission. Please check the particulars shown in red once again before final submission. These particulars are not editable once submitted. Please enter OTP Number which has already been sent to your mobile and email at a time to registration of candidate.

Step 3 – Uploading of Images, Signature and Thumb Impression

Candidates have to login using their registration number and password for uploading their images and signature.
·                                 Image Size - Must be in JPG format and size must be between 10 KB and 100 KB
·                                 Signature Size - Must be in JPG format and size must be between 3 KB and 20KB
·                                 Thumb Impression - Must be in JPG format and size must be between 3 KB and 20KB
Step 4 – Payment of AIPMT 2016 Examination Fee

The application fee can be paid either online or offline. Candidates must select any of the modes to pay the AIPMT 2016 examination fee.

Online Mode: The online mode of payment can be done through Debit/Credit/ Net Banking
OR
Offline Payment Mode: The offline mode of payment can be done through bank challan of Syndicate Bank, *Canara Bank, State Bank of India, ICICI Bank or HDFC Bank generated at the time of application procedure

Application Form for Participating States and Medical Colleges:

There are many State Governments/Universities/Institutions voluntarily participate in AIPMT 2016 and use its merit list for admission MBBS and BDS seats in their respective Medical Colleges. The participating states and medical colleges of AIPMT 2016 will not conduct their own entrance exam to fill 85% MBBS and BDS seats under their control. Application Form of AIPMT 2016 participating states and medical colleges will be announced individually by sates and colleges on or before the AIPMT 2016 result.
The entrance exam of AIPMT 2016 will be conducted on May 1 in pen and paper based mode based on the syllabus as prescribed by the examination authority. The exam will be for 3 hours conducted in morning session from 10:00 to 1:00 PM.

PSPCL Admit Card 2015 : The test centre will be allotted by PSPCL while sending the admit card and no  change  of  test  centre  will  be  permissible.  The  exact  date,  time  and  venue  of  the written test and information regarding dispatch of Admit Cards to the eligible candidates,with instructions of the test will be made available 10 days prior to the date of the test by E-mail and on PSPCL website.

► There will be 100 multiple choice objective type questions with one correct answer.
► Out  of  these 100 questions, 60 questions will be related to the concerned discipline of the post applied for and  40 questions from General Knowledge, Reasoning and General English for all the posts.
► There will be negative  marking for a wrong answer @ 0.25 (1/4th) of the marks allotted for correct answer.
► The minimum qualifying marks in the written test for General Category candidates is 50% and for Reserve Category candidates is 40%.
