BSF Recruitment 2016 157 ASI (Steno) & HC (Min) Posts : Government of India, Directorate General Border Security Force
(BSF), New Delhi has invited applications for the recruitment of 157 Assistant
Sub Inspector (Stenographer) & Head Constable (Ministerial) vacancies in
Ministry of Home Affairs. Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed
application format within 30 days from the date of advt & 45 days for

Age Limit: Candidate age limit should be 18- 25
years as on 01-01-2017. Upper age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should
possess Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificates (10+2) examination
from a recognized board or university short hand @80 wpm in English or Hindi
for 10 minutest, transcription or dictation in English in 50 mnts for ASI,
typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi for HC.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected
based on written examination, Physical Standard Test (PST), Shorthand speed
test, Typing Speed test, medical examination, interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their
application in prescribed format along with Self attested copies of
certificates/ testimonials as proof of educational qualification, date of
birth, caste, experience, two passport size photo graph to Directorate General
Border Security Force (BSF), New Delhi within 30 days from the date of advt
& 45 days for remote areas
