for the recruitment of 289 Sportsperson vacancies in the different Cadres of
Punjab Police. Eligible candidates can apply Online from 24-11-2016

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18
to 28 years as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation is admissible SC/ ST and Backward
Classes, Ex Serviceman candidates as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess
10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Education Board/ University, have
passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or
elective subjects or any other equivalent examination in Punjabi language.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected
based on applicants performance in Substance Abuse Test, physical measurement,
Sports Trails.
Application Fee: Applicants required to pay Rs. 700/-
for General category candidates Rs. 300/- SC/ ST/ BC candidates through online
or off line.
Online Mode: Applicants required to pay the
application fee through online by using Net Banking/ Credit/ Debit Card.
Off Line Mode: Applicants required to pay application
fee through challan form generated online and visit any of the HDFC Bank branches/
Punjab Police Saanjh Kendras and seek acknowledgment for records.
