for admission to B.Ed. Course in the Colleges of Education (Govt., Govt. Aided,
Private Self Financed Colleges) affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh;
Punjabi University, Patiala and Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar on
17-07-2016.
Punjab Joint B.Ed Admission 2016 eligibility criteria
Educational
qualification– Candidates must have passed Bachelor Degree/
Master degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanities with at least 50 % (45%
for SC/ST candidates) marks and Bachelor in Engineering or Technology with
specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST
candidates) or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for
Punjab Joint B.Ed. Admissions 2016.

Candidates
can register for on-line counselling at http://punjabbedadmissions2016.org/ from 22/06/2016 to 03/07/2017 by
submitting application processing fee of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. 1000/-for SC/ST
candidates) in any branch of State Bank of Patiala up to July 05, 2016.
Additional Bank charges, if any, are to be borne by the candidate.

Punjab Joint B.Ed Admission 2016 entrace test pattern
The
Entrance Test shall be conducted on 17-07-2016 in the following papers in
single booklet and in one session of 2½ hours duration (10.30 A.M. to 1.00
P.M.).The total marks for the Entrance Examination shall be 250.
Paper-I shall be of a total of 150
marks as explained above. The paper will consist of 150 multiple choice questions.
a) Part
A : General Awareness Test- 50 Marks
b) Part B : Teaching Potential- 50 Marks
c) Part C : General Mental Ability Test- 50 Marks
b) Part B : Teaching Potential- 50 Marks
c) Part C : General Mental Ability Test- 50 Marks
Paper-II shall consist of two parts of
50 marks each. These papers will consist of 100 multiple choice questions.
