Service Commission (JKPSC) has published notification to conduct Combined
Competitive Preliminary Exam 2016 for the recruitment of 277 Junior Scale of
J&K Administrative Service, J&K Police (Gazetted) Service) and J&K
Accounts (Gazetted) Service vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply online
from 22-06-2016 to 22-07-2016. Other details like age limit, educational

Name of the Post: Combined Competitive Preliminary Exam 2016
1. Junior Scale of J&K Administrative Service: 269 Posts
2. J&K Police (Gazetted) Service: 02 Posts
3. J&K Accounts (Gazetted) Service: 06 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 21 – 35 years i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 01-01-1981 and not later than 01-01-1995 as on 01-01-2016. Relaxation of age will be applicable to SC/ ST/ /socially and Educationally Backward Classes/ physically challenged candidates.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University in India or from a Foreign University declared by Government in consultation with the Commission to be equivalent to a degree of a recognized University.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Preliminary, Main Exam & Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.1005/- for general category, Rs. 505/- for reserved categories/ PHC with Rs. 05/- service charges in the form of challan will be deposited in J&K Bank branch.
