North Western Railway Recruitment 2015 – 54 Group C & D (Sports Quota) Posts: North Western Railway, Railway Recruitment Cell, Jaipur has issued notification for the recruitment of Sports Persons against Sports Quota (open advertisement) under Group ‘C’ and Pay Band I (GP 1800/-) (erstwhile Group ‘D’) vacancies on North Western Railway for the year 2015-16. Age Limit: Candidates age should be minimum 18 years & maximum 25 years as on 01-07-2015. Age relaxations are applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matriculation (10th pass)/ ITI or equivalent, 12th Class or equivalent, Graduation & have sports achievements.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.

Examination Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs. 100/- through Demand Draft/ Indian Postal Order (IPO) of any nationalized bank/ scheduled bank/ Post Office drawn in favor of “North Western Railway Sports Association”, payable at Jaipur/ G.P.O Jaipur for Head Quarter Division, “Ajmer Division Sports Association”, payable at Ajmer/ G.P.O Ajmer for Ajmer Division, “Bikaner Division Sports Association”, payable at Bikaner/ G.P.O. Bikaner for Bikaner Division, “Jaipur Division Sports Association”, payable at Jaipur/ G.P.O. Jaipur for Jaipur Division, “Jodhpur Division Sports Association”, payable at Jodhpur/ G.P.O. Jodhpur for Jodhpur Division, “Ajmer Workshop Sports Association”, payable at Ajmer/ G.P.O. Ajmer for Ajmer Workshop Division. No examination fee for SC/ ST/ Women/ minorities candidates. Economically Backward candidates having annual family income less than Rs. 50,000/-p.a are also exempted

How to Apply: Eligible sports persons can send their application in prescribed format along with self attested photocopies of relevant certificates & DD/ IPO, in an top of the envelope should be superscribed as “APPLICATION FOR RECRUITMENT AGAINST SPORTS QUOTA FOR THE YEAR 2015-16” by ordinary post only or dropped in the application box on or before 20-07-2015 & 04-08-2015 at 17:00 hrs for remote areas (refer notification for concerned address).
