DRDO Recruitment 2017 – 150 Apprentice Posts: Ministry
of Defence, Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO), Gas Turbine
Research Establishment (GTRE) has given an employment notification for the
recruitment of 150 Apprentice vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply in the
prescribed format on or before 05-09-2017. Other details like age, educational
qualification, selection process & how to apply are given below…

Age Limit: Candidates age should be 18-27 years
for UR, 18-30 years for OBC, 18-32 years for SC/ ST, PWD candidates. Age
relaxation is applicable by 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC candidates as
per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should
have Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a statutory University/ by
an institution empowered to award such degrees by an Act of Parliament Graduate
examination of professional bodies recognized by the Central Government as
equivalent to a Degree/ Sandwich course student who is undergoing training in
order that he/ she may hold a degree in engineering or technology for post-1,
Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a statutory University/ by an
institution empowered to award such degrees by an Act of Parliament Graduate
examination of professional bodies recognized by the Central Government as
equivalent to a Diploma/ Sandwich course student who is undergoing training in
order that he/ she may hold a diploma in engineering or technology for post-,
certificate in vocational Course involving two years of study after the
completion of the secondary stage of school education recognized by the All India
Council for Technical education and Sandwich course student who is undergoing
training in order that he/ she may hold a certificate in vocational Course for
post-3.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their
application in the prescribed format along with relevant documents, in an
envelope containing application form and other documents must be super scribed
on top with “Application for Apprenticeship Training -2017 – Graduate I Diploma
IITI (as applicable)” either by hand or by post to the Director, Gas Turbine
Research Establishment, C V Raman Nagar, Bengaluru – 560 093 on or before
05-09-2017.
