HP Police Recruitment 2017 – 1073 Constable Posts: Himachal Pradesh Police Department has advertised a notification for the recruitment of 1073 Constable vacancies for both male & female candidates on direct recruitment basis. Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-23 years General, 18-25 years for SC/ ST, OBC, Gorkhas, Distinguished Sportsman (General/ OBC, SC, ST, Gorkhas) & 20- 28 years for Home Guard (General/ OBC, SC, ST, Gorkhas) as on 01-07-2017. Age relaxation is admissible as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 10+2 with relevant physical standards.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on physical standards, physical efficiency test, written examination, personality test/ interview, medical examination, verification of character & antecedent.

Application Fee: Applicants required to pay Rs. 140/- (Rs. 35/- for SC/ ST/ OBC/ IRDP candidates) in the shape of Bank Draft/ IPO to be drawn in favour of the concerned District Superintendent of Police payable at concerned places as given in the notification.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application in the prescribed format, fee, relevant documents by post to the Office of the District Superintendent of Police concerned in H.P (including Tribal Districts L & S, Kinnaur and tribal area of the district Chamba) on or before 21-07-2017 by 05:00 P.M.
