Age Limit: Candidates age should be below 18 years and above 37 years as on 01-01-2015. Age relaxation is applicable upto 45 years for all States/ Central Government employees, 42 years for Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes of Punjab & Widows, Divorcees and certain other Categories of Women and 47 years for Physically Handicapped of Punjab candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Bachelor Degree of Law (Professional Degree) from a recognized university or institution or be a Barrister of England or Ireland or member of Faculty of Advocate of Scotland and should be eligible for being enrolled as an Advocate under Advocate Act, 1961 and have seven year experience of practice at the bar.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Competitive Examination.

Application Fee: Candidates (Punjab State Only) have to pay 3000/- (Online application charges & Examination fee) for all other categories (including Lineal Descendent of Ex-servicemen, Punjab), Rs. 1750/- for Physically Handicapped, Rs. 1125/- for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes of all States and Backward Classes and Rs. 500/- Ex-Servicemen by using the print out of system generated Bank Challan Form through any Branch of State Bank of Patiala.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through website www.ppsc.gov.in on or before 19-10-2015 by 11:59:00 PM and send their hard copy of duly filled online application along with self attested copies of relevant certificates and challan form by speed post/ hand to the Office of Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission, baradari Gardens, Patiala on or before 30-10-2015 by 05:00 PM.

4. Click on “Open Advertisement”.

7. Fill all the mandatory details.
8. Take print out of application form for future use.
