Age Limit: Candidates should born between 01-07-1991 to 30-06-1995 (both dates inclusive) for post 1, 5, 7, 01-07-1991 to 30-06-1997 for post 2, 3, 4 (both dates inclusive). Age relaxation is applicable for OBC/ SC/ ST as per GOI rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree of recognized university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate for post 1, 2, 3, 4, Engineering degree in Mechanical/ Marine/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication with 60% marks in aggregate for post 5, 7.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Mental Ability Test/ Cognitive Aptitude Test, Picture Perception & Discussion Test (PP&DT), Psychological Test, Group Task & Interview, Medical examination.

Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Log on through the website www.joinindiancoastguard.gov.in.
2. Click on “Careers@CG” —> “Online Application”.
3. Select the desired post & Click on “I Agree” button then Online Application will be displayed.
4. Fill all the details carefully & Submit the form.
5. On successful submission of the online application a unique Application/ Registration number will be provided to the candidate. Candidates must note down this application number for future reference.
6. Now take two printouts of online application for future use.
