Age Limit: Candidates age limit should not exceed 25 years. (Born Between 01-08-1993 to 31-05-1997 both days inclusive) Age relaxation would be considered in exceptional cases on case to case basis, based on the level of achievement in National/ International sports events.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent examination in stream/ subjects approved by Central/ State Boards of Education, Minimum Matriculation/ 10th. Individual should have represented the country in Junior International meets in any of the sports discipline.

Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in physical fitness test, interview and medical examination.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format on A4 size paper only along with three copies of unattested recent passport size colour photograph, matriculation certificate in support of DOB, mark sheets & certificates of educational qualification & sports achievement certificates, on unstamped self addressed 24 cm X 10 cm White Envelope of good quality, stapled/ pinned with the application form. The envelope containing the application from should be marked on top as “Outstanding Sportsmen for Group ‘Y’ Trades Sports Discipline Applied For——–” should send to Secretary, Air Force Sports Control Board, C/O 412 Air Force Station, Race Course, New Delhi-110003 within 21 days from the date of publication in the employment newspaper.
