SSB Constable Recruitment 2020 – 1522 Constable Posts: Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Office of the Director General, Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has given an employment notification for the recruitment of 1522 Constable (Cook, Washerman, Barber, Safaiwala, Water Carrier & Driver) vacancies in sashastra seema bal (SSB) for the year-2020 . Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed application format with in 30 days from date of advt  ie 28-07-2020 & 37 days from date of advt for remote areas. Age Limit: Candidate age limit is 21 to 27 years for post 1 & 18 to 25 years for post 02-06 & 18-23 years for 07 -16 posts. Upper age relaxation of 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC & Other candidates is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matriculation/ equivalent from a recognized Board & valid Heavy Vehicle Driving license for Post 1 & Matriculation/ equivalent from a recognized board with 02 years Diploma from recognized Industrial Training Institute in the trade/ similar trade or 01 year certificate course from a recognized Industrial Training Institute/ Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the trade or 02 years work experience in respective trade & Must qualify trade test for other Posts.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), documentation, written examination, trade test & medical examination.

Application Fee: Candidates has to pay Rs. 100/- for UR/EWS/OBC. No fee for SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen & female candidates
