1. Principal:158 Posts
2. Head Master/ Head Mistress: 311 Posts
3. Block Primary Education Officer: 75 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should between 18-37 years as on 01-01-2020. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess B.Ed, PG (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engg) with relevant experience for post 1, Graduation, B.Ed with Experience for post 2, Degree, Two years Elementary Teacher’s Training course, D.El.Ed or B.Ed with Experience for post 3.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on competitive examination & interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs. 1125/- for SC/ ST of all States & BC of Punjab, Rs. 500/- for Ex-Servicemen of Punjab, Rs. 3000/- for all other categories (including Lineal Descendant of Ex-servicemen, Punjab), Rs. 1750/- for Physically Handicapped, Punjab by using the print out of system generated Bank Challan Form through any Branch of State Bank of India only.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.ppsc.gov.in on or before 22-06-2020 by 11:59 P.M & send hard copy of online application along with self attested copies of relevant certificates, Challan form by Speed post/ by hand to the Office of Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission, Patiala on or before 16-03-2020 by 05:00 P.M.

1. Before applying online candidates should have scanned copies of photograph & signature.
2. Log on through the website www.ppsc.gov.in.
3. Click on “Advertisement” —> “Open Advertisement”.
4. Select the desired post.
5. Click on “Apply/ View” —> “Apply Online”.
6. Fill all the details carefully & Submit the form
7. Now take printout of online application for future use.
