Motivation is a combination of many
things like fear or intense desire. For motivation three things are must that
are developing confidence, staying
focused, and maintaining direction.
If you can't seem to find yourself motivated because of
several reasons, take a deep breath and try to motivate yourself with these
simple yet effective tips:

steps..
1. Try something new Every day.
2. Make new Friends and spend time with old friends.
3. Close your eyes, and visualize yourself reaching your
goals.
4. Get more sleep.
5. Start
exercising and you will feel like yourself.
6. Take a small step. and increase your work day by day.
7. Push yourself.
8. Grow your willpower.
9. Make motivating yourself into a habit. Read good
books.
10. Eat right. Treating your body well will put you in a
better place mentally.
11. Take a break to get some rest and recharge your mind.
Find something you truly enjoy, and do it. Pick up a
hobby or start a collection, and it will make you excited about life.
