Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-37 years as on 01-01-2016 for S.No- 1 & 2, not exceeding 35 years for S.No-7. For age relaxation refer notification.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed Senior Secondary Part II Examination with Science or Equivalent, diploma in Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) from a recognized university or Institution for S.No-1, Senior Secondary Part II Examination in Science or Equivalent, 2 years diploma in Radiography from a recognized university or Institution for S.No-2 & for other refer notification.
