Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-37 years as on 01-01-2016.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess senior secondary part-II examination with science or its equivalent, diploma in Operation Theatre Technique for S.No-1, senior secondary part-II examination with science or its equivalent, diploma in Opthalmic Assistant for S.No-2, senior secondary part-II examination with science or its equivalent, diploma in Electro Cardiographer for S.No-3 & senior secondary part-II examination with science or its equivalent, diploma in Dental Hygienist for S.No-4.
