6. Junior Resident: 13 Posts
7. Tutor: 08 Posts

Age Limit: Candidate maximum age limit is up to 42 years for Post 2, 3 & 4 & 37 years for other Posts. Upper age relaxation is applicable as per Punjab Govt rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess qualification as per MCI norms.

Application Fee: Candidates has to pay Rs. 1500/- (Rs. 750/- for SC/ ST) by demand draft in favour of The Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot payable at Faridkot.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application in prescribed format with self attested copies of certificates for proof of date of birth, marks sheet, degree, experience etc & bank draft to office of the Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot on or before 18-04-2016 up to 05:00 PM.
