Indian Army NCC Recruitment 2016 – 54 Vacancies: Indian Army has released
notification for married/ unmarried male, unmarried female candidates and also
for Wards of Battle Casualties of Army Personnel, for grant of Short Service
Commission in the Indian Army under NCC Special Entry Scheme 40th Course – Oct
2016. Eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed application format on or
before 20-01-2016. Other details like age limit, educational qualification,
selection process, how to apply are given below…

Total No of Posts: 54
Name of the Course & Posts: NCC Special Entry Scheme 40th Course – Oct 2016
1. NCC Men: 50 Posts
i. Gen: 45 Posts
ii. Wards of Battle Casualties of Army Personnel: 05 Posts
2. NCC Women: 04 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 19-25 years i.e., candidate must born not earlier than 02-07-1991 and not later than 01-07-1997.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with minimum 50% marks.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on qualification, Group Tests, Psychological Tests, Interview & Medical Examination.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their duly typed applications on plain paper in the prescribed format to the nearest OC, NCC Unit from where NCC ‘C’ certificate has been issued, Candidates serving in the Armed Forces should send their applications duly counter signed by Commanding Officer to the OC, NCC Unit from where NCC ‘C’ certificate has been issued, Applicants under category of Wards of Battle Casualties may send their applications to Directorate General of Recruiting/ Rtg-A, NCC Entry, AG’s Branch, IHQ of MoD (Army)’ West Block-III, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066 on or before 20-01-2016.
