Age Limit: Candidates age should not be exceeding 37 years for S.No- 1, 11, 32 years for S.No- 2, 3, 10 & 13 and 18 to 27 years for S.No- 4 to 9 & 12. Age relaxation is applicable upto 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ ST and 10 years for PwD candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Diploma in Nursing & Midwife or equivalent Qualification for male Nurse for S.No- 1, 10+2/ Senior Secondary with Science & three Years Degree or Diploma Training Course in occupational Therapist from a Central/ State Government/ AICTE recognized Institution for S.No- 2, Degree in Pharmacy/ Senior Secondary with Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution for S.No- 3. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written examination.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 300/- deposit in any branch of State Bank of India by generation of Challan through online application. No fee for SC/ ST/ PwD/ ESIC Employees, female candidates.
