Age Limit: Candidates maximum age is 30 years as on 31-01-2014. Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD/ Ex-Servicemen.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have degree in Ayurveda from a recognized University and should have enrolled on the Central Register of Indian Medicine or State Register of Indian Medicine.

Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on written exam and interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to take Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.225/- (for general) in favour of “E.S.I. Fund Account No.1″ drawn on any scheduled bank payable at New Delhi and No fee for SC/ ST/ PH/ Departmental Candidates, Female Candidates & Ex-servicemen.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply through Online (through website of ESIC at www.esic.nic.in) on or before 31-01-2014 by 5:00 PM along with attested copies of 1 recent passport size photograph pasted on the application form, copies of certificates and testimonials in support of proof of age (Date of Birth), Educational Qualification, Enrollment on the Central Register of Indian Medicine or State Register of Indian Medicine and Experience etc, Community Status Certificate in the prescribed form in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH/ Ex-Serviceman category and send the hard copies of system generated online application by superscribing the envelope as”Application for the post of Medical Officer (Ayurveda) for __________(Name of the State where candidate wants to apply)” and send through registered post/ speed post to Insurance Commissioner (Recruitment), ESI Corporation, Hqrs Office, Panchdeep Bhawan, CIG Marg, New Delhi – 110 002 on or before 07-02-2014 and 14-02-2014 (for candidates residing in far flung areas).
