Application form for Registration to Lower Kinder Garten (L.K.G.) will be available on the school website www.stjosephpathankot.com from 6.00 a.m on 01-12-2022 to 6.00 p.m. on 03-12-2022. Duly filled in forms are to be submitted in the school office on 30.12.2022 from 9.00 a.m to 12.00 Noon with a demand draft of Rs. 500/-(Non- Refundable).

 

1: The age of child getting admission should be between 4 years and 5 years as on 31st March, 2023 (child born between 01/04/2018 and 31/03/2019). If your child is not within the limit mentioned above, you are requested not to take the registration form.

2: The selection of the candidate will be done through “lot” system.

3: The Management of the school reserves all right of admission or rejection and is not bound to give any reasons for admission or rejection of any candidate. Once the registration is done no corrections in the documents will be permitted. All the required rectifications must be done before submitting the registration form.

4: The school does not provide transport facilities. Parents have to make their own arrangements for their children.

5: Incomplete registration forms and forms providing incorrect information will automatically stand rejected.

1: Registration Acknowledgement Slip.

2: The original Birth Certificate of the child issued by the Municipal Corporation along with a photocopy duly attested. The original certificate will be returned after verification at the time of submission of the form.
Ensure that the name, surname, date of birth of the child and names and surnames of the parents are entered correctly in the child’s birth certificate. Once admission is over no changes of the above will be permitted.

3: Parents whose wards are studying in this school should attach a photocopy of their ward’s result of previous class (for real sibling, cousins are not considered).

4: For the serving Army personnel, a letter from the commander, H.Q.21 Sub Area testifying their identity.

5: For Roman Catholics, in addition to the birth certificate of the child from Municipal Corporation, an attested copy of the Baptism Certificate also to be attached.

6: For Christians, in addition to M.C birth certificate an attested copy of the Baptism certificate and a letter from their respective Pastor testifying their membership to their Church.

7: A latest postcard size photograph of the child along with parents. Photo taken after 15th November 2022 and date of clicking should be mentioned on the Photograph.

 

 



INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLY ONLINE

 

1.     Eligible applicants can apply through the website www.stjosephpathankot.com from 6.00 a.m. on 01-12-2022. Online Registration link will be available only till 6.00 p.m. on 03-12-2022. .

2.     In the home page of the website www.stjosephpathankot.com, open the online Registration Link.

3.     Go through the Terms and Conditions for registration and then click on "Proceed with online Registration" option.

4.     Fill the Application Form carefully with all the details. Once the Application Form is filled click on 'Submit" option.

5.     After submitting, Click on "Download" option, take the print out of the Registration form. Then select the "Go To Acknowledgement" option and take the Print out of Registration Acknowledgment Slip.

 

 

Kindly submit the duly filled Registration Form with the required documents in the school office along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/-(Five Hundred) drawn in favour of St. Joseph's Pre-Primary School, Pathankot towards the Registration Fee (Non Refundable) on 30.12.2022 from 9.00 a.m to 12 noon and from 1.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. Please write the Name and Registration No. of your ward at the backside of the Demand Draft.
